Superintegrability and Quadratic Algebras

In this paper we use a generalization of Oevel’s theorem about master symmetries to relate them with superintegrability and quadratic algebras.

Elliptic solutions in the Neumann–Rosochatius system with mixed flux

Closed strings spinning in AdS3 × S × T with mixed Ramond-Ramond and Neveu-Schwarz-NeveuSchwarz three-form fluxes are described by a deformation of the one-dimensional Neumann–Rosochatius integrable system. In this articlewe find general solutions to this system that can be expressed in terms of elliptic functions. We consider closed strings rotating either in S with two different angular moment...

Deformation Quantization, Superintegrability, and Nambu Mechanics

Phase Space is the framework best suited for quantizing superintegrable systems—systems with more conserved quantities than degrees of freedom. In this quantization method, the symmetry algebras of the hamiltonian invariants are preserved most naturally. We illustrate the power and simplicity of the method through new applications to nonlinear σ-models, specifically for Chiral Models and de Sit...

Nambu Dynamics, Deformation Quantization, and Superintegrability

Phase space is a framework ideally suited for quantizing superintegrable systems through the use of deformation methods, as illustrated here by applications to de Sitter and chiral particles. Within this framework, Nambu brackets elegantly incorporate the additional quantum invariants of such models. New results are presented for the non-Abelian quantization of these brackets.

CPN Modelling of an Object Based System: The ODP Trader

Advances in computing power and networking technologies are leading the way to a new generation of information systems, where heterogeneous computers share resources and cooperate in a distributed manner. Such systems are inherently complex due to concurrency and synchronisation of activities operating in parallel, making design and implementation much more challenging than yesterday’s stand–al...
